Childcare support is arranged upon request. For the duration of the conference, ECCB 2026 will facilitate on-site childcare by coordinating a nanny in a dedicated room (room 201/202, floor 2) within the conference venue. 

Participants interested in this service are kindly asked to contact the organizing team at least 4 weeks in advance and to provide the following information:

• First name of the child(ren)
• Age of the child(ren)
• Number of child(ren)
• Any special requirements (e.g. allergies, medical needs, accessibility needs)
• Requested day(s) and time(s) for childcare

After registration, parents or guardians will also be asked to provide a valid telephone number where they can be reached at all times during the childcare period.
