Parallel sessions

The ECCB 2026 programme features 81 talks across its parallel sessions, spanning the conference’s five scientific areas. Selected by our Scientific Committee and Area Chairs through the Calls for Proceedings and Highlight Talks, these presentations showcase outstanding research and the latest advances in computational biology.

Each one-hour parallel session comprises three talks. The programme includes 50 peer-reviewed Proceedings contributions, to be published in the dedicated ECCB 2026 issue by Oxford University Press, alongside 31 selected Highlight talks.
