The ISCB Student Council and its Regional Student Groups are organizing the 9th European Student Council Symposium (ESCS2026), immediately following the 25th European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB), to be held in person on September 3rd, 2026, in Geneva, Switzerland.

ESCS is a forum by and for students and early-career researchers in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics to showcase their research, connect with the global community of peers and experts from across Europe and beyond, and enhance their skills in a collaborative and engaging environment. This year’s event also features exciting opportunities for direct interactions and discussions on relevant topics of interest, as well as opportunities to gain transferable skills.
