Exhibitor information

Everything you need to prepare your booth at ECCB 2026, from set-up hours to badge collection. 

The exhibition runs from Monday 31 August to Wednesday 2 September 2026 at CICG, Geneva.

Useful times

Exhibition times:

  • Monday 31 August        12:00 – 18:30                           
  • Tuesday 1 Sept.            10:00 – 17:45               
  • Wednesday 2 Sept.       10:00 – 14:30

Exhibition setup and dismantling times:

  • Sunday 30 August     07:00 – 18:00 setup
  • Monday 31 August     07:00 – 09:00 setup
  • Wednesday 2 Sept    14:30 – 16:00 dismantling
  • Thursday 3 Sept        09:30 – 15:00 dismantling

What your booth includes

  • One table (150 x 75 x 73 cm) and two chairs (two tables and four chairs for booths of 12 m²)
  • One poster wall (see image below)
  • One power strip with Swiss electrical plugs
  • Screens available on request, at an additional cost

Parking

CICG has no on-site parking, but offers a few options nearby.

By car: the Place des Nations car park (PPN) is 150 metres from CICG, on rue de Varembé (maximum height: 1.9 m).

Badge collection

Exhibitors can collect their badge at the "Speakers" line during registration. We strongly recommend arriving early to avoid queues.

Wifi

Wifi is free throughout the building, with 100 Mb/s bandwidth and 5 Mb/s guaranteed per device. A wired connection for your booth can also be ordered.

Meals

Exhibitors are treated as regular participants and have access to all conference meals, including coffee breaks, lunch, welcome apéro. The exhibitor badge also includes the Conference party taking place on Tuesday 1 September.
