Badge collection: IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ
Registration will be open:
- Sunday 30 August: 16:00 to 18:00
- Monday 31 August: from 08:00
We strongly recommend collecting your badge on Sunday afternoon, or arriving early on Monday morning, to help us manage the entry process and avoid queues.
Another reason to be early: the first 150 to collect their badge will receive a Meet & Taste card worth CHF20! This generous gift from the Canton of Geneva is valid at a selection of local restaurants.
The opening ceremony starts promptly at 10:00 on Monday in the main auditorium, with a welcome address by Guy Parmelin, President of the Swiss Confederation, and a dance performance. We kindly ask you to arrive early, to allow enough time to collect your badge and find your seat.
Please have your QR code ready when you arrive at the venue.
Your badge must be worn throughout the conference and is required to access all conference activities.
What does registration include?
- Access to all sessions, including keynotes
- The welcome reception on Monday and other social activities
- Access to the in-person poster sessions and exhibition hall
- Daily coffee breaks and lunches
- Access to the virtual poster platform
